Our property management service specializes in providing a total property management solution that is involved in all stages of property ownership.

Our services include:

Property Preparations – Rental analysis, incpections, repairs, remodeling and more!
Marketing – We promote the property for rentals and sales utilizing various tools including MLS listings, real estate website syndication, didgital marketing to attract the widest range of quality applications.
Contracts & Agreements – We handle everything. Offers, Associations and Condo Board approval and beyond. Landlord focused lease preparation.
Tenant Screening – We help generate the peace of mind that only comes with knowing you’ve chosen the right person to rent to by performing credit report evaluations, criminal background checks, looking at past rental histories and more.

We do all rent collection, security deposits and advanced rent situations, maintenance, tenant relations, renewals, transfers and any other requirements that occur.

Property Management Fees – fees for larger transactions are negotiable

Percentage of monthly rent: If you choose the full service option, you will be charged a percentage of the monthly rent on your property. This fee is 10% of rent. Under this fee structure, if your unit isn’t rented, you don’t pay.

Services: Accounting & Financial Reporting: We deliver annual accounting and any other accounting at your request.
